Hearses

I'm interested in every interesting, rare car,
so I'm interested in hearses, too.

Today, hearses are one of the rare possibilities to drive a car with a special body.
In addition to that, the driver will get a lot of attention, and has a lot of space ;o)

Here, an Opel Admiral, one of the most American car, built in Germany.

Another Admiral, but renewed design, not so elegant, but still a big car.

Smaller, but wonderful, a hearse, based on the Opel Rekord.

Based on the Mercedes 300, a very representative hearse.

Not as representative, but even bigger, based on a Mercedes L408D.

Of course, the Volkswagen T1 was used as a hearse, too. Have a look, the car is longer than the standard bus.

And here we have a car from France, showing more chrome, it's based on a Citroën DS Break.

Coming from England, a hearse built on a 1947 Rolls-Royce Silver Wraith.

During my trip to the USA, I found this 1977 Buick, still in duty.
