Blackhawk 1983

In January 2021, I found this photo (taken by John Albright) on Facebook, I tried to find out more, but wasn't successful.
In October 2021, I got informed that there is an ad on Hemmings,
showing an interesting Blackhawk.
I contacted the seller, and got some nice pics.
Tamara Adams and her husband are selling this car for their neighbor, the owner.
First owner was (perhaps) Harvey Gelfand, but we have no information about him.
The car needs some work...
